Patrick Fung

Rev. Patrick Fung

Lausanne Board of Directors Member

Dr Patrick Fung was born in Hong Kong and was trained as a physician. In preparation for missionary service, Patrick graduated from the Graduate School of Theology in Hong Kong and Fuller Seminary in the United States. Patrick and his wife, Jennie, previously served as medical missionaries in South Asia in a Muslim context.
Patrick is currently serving as the General Director of OMF International (formerly the China Inland Mission founded by Hudson Taylor). Patrick is actively involved in missionary training and preaching ministry.
Patrick also currently serves on the Lausanne Movement International Board and is the Chair of the Advisory Group for the YLGen.

Senior Pastor of Good Shepherd Methodist Church

Pastor Kisung Yoo is the Senor Pastor of Good Shepherd Methodist Church.
He has been inviting people to have a blessed life of wholistic unification with Jesus Christ through Gospel of Cross that 'I no longer live, but Christ lives in me.'
His ministry is focused on looking to Jesus who lives in all believers 24/7 and walking with Jesus in the daily lives by implementing that to the discipleship training, daily journaling, daily column, and Worship with Jesus movement.
Lee Jae Hoon

Pastor Jae Hoon Lee

Chair of Lausanne Korea

Pastor Jae Hoon Lee has been serving as the Senior Pastor of Onnuri Community Church in Seoul, South Korea, since 2011.
Jaehoon, is passionate not only about the church’s mission through social justice and wholistic evangelization, but also about the synergy that comes from networking and collaborating together across the globe for the Kingdom of God.


Pastor Masanori Kurasawa

Chair of Lausanne Japan

Masanori Kurasawa, born in Nagano, Japan, has a wife and three children who have already grown up.  He holds MDiv at Tokyo Christian Theological Seminary, ThM and DMiss at Fuller Theological Seminary in California.
He is a former president of Tokyo Christian University (TCU) and currently a special professor of TCU and its Graduate School of Theology.  He is also an executive director of TCU Faith and Culture Center.
He serves as a pastor of Shonan Christ Church (belonging to Japan Christ Alliance Church) and a chairperson of Japan Lausanne Committee.  He also serves as a board member of Japan Missiological Society.

Rev. Eiko Takamizawa

PH.D Professor at Torch Trinity Graduate University

Eiko Takamizawa (Ph.D.) is the first Japanese female Missiologists teaching in Asia. Currently she is a professor at Torch Trinity Graduate Univ., Seoul.
She received M.Div. from ACTS, Seoul, and Ph.D. from Trinity International Univ., Chicago, Illinois. She was selected as the first Visiting Scholar for Hiebert Center for World Christianity & Global Theology.
She currently serves as President for Asian Missiological Society and a steering committee member for SEANET.
Previously pastored in Japanese ministries in Onnuri Church and Halelluja Community Church in Korea.
She is the Advisory Chair for Korea Japanese Ministries Association since 2011.

Rev. David Ro

Regional Director for Lausanne East Asia

David serves as the Director for the Christy Wilson Mission Center at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary as well as the Regional Director for the Lausanne movement in East Asia.
He is a graduate of Wheaton College, Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, and Peking University.
David teaches missions and church planting at Gordon-Conwell and is involved in raising the next generation for global missions coming from East Asia.
David and his wife, Jackie, along with their kids, currently reside in Taiwan.
